Terms & Conditions


We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. (No signs of wear and tear, no makeup or present stains from trying the shirt on, free from animal hair/scent, and cigarette smoke.

If the items do not meet standards for a return, they will be shipped back to you with no refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us on Facebook via Messenger or by email at wildflowerstitchin@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. All returns need to be shipped back with TRACKING. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All customized/pre-ordered items have a 3 - 6 week turn around. No returns on sale items or customized items. These are considered final sale.

We encourage you to check out our sizing chart before purchasing to help eliminate sizing issues.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Unfortunately we will not be giving refunds. You will have the option to exchange your item or be issued an in-store credit.


All items will be shipped with a tracking number.
